I already have a gold nugget, and I am wondering if any resident experts know where to find real silver nuggets...

I see some for sale on Ebay. Silver nuggets are rather scarce. I do have one about
5 lbs or so. Quite unattractive.

Yeah, I think I read somewhere that they have some nasty elements mixed in... Are they all ugly?

I know that mine is mixed with lead and yes it is ugly. I keep it in the rock garden in the back yard!

Silver, in the raw state, is very unattractive. Gold nuggets are much more appealing. Silver is often found with quartz as a 'wire', entwined with the crystal. That type is bit more interesting. Cheers, RickO
