An intersting Antique store sighting

AnkurJAnkurJ Posts: 11,370 ✭✭✭✭
I saw this print at my local antique store. It is signed and numbered, but the dealer had no idea who it was by or any history behind it. The image of the $20 lib looks embossed in. Anyone ever see something like this?

    I think it's awesome.
No idea what it is or by whom, but it's great.
    Did you buy it?

The dealer is a friend and said we can figure out a price later.

I was curious to see what this would look like turned
right side around and centered. After I did it, it seemed
a waste to delete it, so....

    I hope you don't mind.

Is that the code word for It wont be cheap? I personally like it AnkurJ. I have never ever seen one before . Oh by the way you might also have to pay extra Premium for the toning. image

Looks like the model is a mirror image of a German spielmarke.

I see "57/120" which leads me to believe that 120 were made and the 7 has a line through it which is the European style which leads me to believe it was a die for a spielmark which is a gaming piece or play money.

It looks like it could be a printmaking print...
What kind of paper is it on?
