How will we be able to distinguish the 2011 ASE 25th MS bullion coin

From the existing ones that already have the anniversary label?
2011 MS 25th anniversary coin on ebay

Will they have a special label indicating they came from the 5 coin set?

Perhaps with a golden ticket icon or the words "SET" in the label.

If they are already in existance the ones from the set will not say 25th anniversary AND First Strike.

on this same note, since there is already a Population report for the 2011-S (with-out a mint mark) will there be a separate Population and or ID # for the S coin with a mint mark?

Yes, it will be "2011-S 25th Anniversary Set," as opposed to 2011(S).

All PCGS has to do is add 3 letters to the label to distinguish it from existing ones. 25th Anniversary Set....
