Lincoln Cent Error part 2

My son received this one in a roll not long ago. It appears to be a major grease filled die, is that a correct assumption? Is there any value to this type of error?

There is more detail in person and it is a 1995-D and you can see the rest:

nice reverse die crack too. Id say probably 5.00-10.00 depending on the person.

I don't think this is struck through grease but much rather struck through capped die.

A very cool error - definitely a $10-20 coin!

Weight is 2.5. And it was found searching bank rolls - wonder why nobody noticed this one previously.

As others have said, it's a generic capped die strike. Given the relatively weak ghost of Lincoln, I'd say it was most likely struck through a uniface die cap, i.e. one that never had any design on its working face.
