3-Cent Nickels... Question on values

I have the opportunity to purchase an album of Three-Cent Nickels.
It is not complete, but the better dates are:
Lets say they are all VF... what should the true values be:
Date Greysheet Bid
1879 $77
1880 $115
1882 $150
1883 $225
1884 $435
1888 $60
1889 $130

Thanks for your help!

You better make sure the 1883 and 1884 aren't really circulated proofs. There's a very strong chance the 1884 is not a business strike as these are very rare. I would be very dubious about it in the raw. Throw out the stupid Sheet for coins lide the '83 and '84 (especially the '84)...they should bring higher than sheet if confirmed as problem-free business strikes.

Good point about verifying proof vs- biz strike.
Has the seller priced them, and you want to see if he is reasonable or not? You may want to check Heritage records.
If the seller is leaving the pricing entirely up to you, then maybe offers somewhere between sheet and auction records is fair.
