I agree with whomever said 64+, the colors are outstanding but they are also hiding a lot of contact marks.

Do you think the graders would be suspicious of the toning? Personally, I'm always suspicious of coins with fancy color like this. Also, while the colors are quite pretty, they distract from actually looking at the coin's design under all that color.

OK.. I will be the unpopular one (not just because I am not a fan of tarnish), however, I would say that coin has been AT'd. Experiments have produced virtually identical colors... That being said, if the owner is happy with it, then that is all that matters. Cheers, RickO
Looks a bit similar to Commems that were amazingly colored that surfaced in late 80's-early 90's. Many of those were holdered, then later the TPG's decided against them being MA and you would see them in bodybags with the ART TONING label.

MS 66+, and I wouldn't have a problem with 67 on that one.
