There are already folks here with the Libertas Americana as an avatar. (There's at least one person using a Feuchtwanger already, too, but yours stands out.)

PS- if it were mine, I would reduce the image just a teensy little bit (maybe just one or two pixel widths) so the edges of the coin don't quite touch the edges of the photo like that. I think a tiny bit of black border would set it off more visually.

Go ahead and use one of the coins but edit the background so it matches the background of the left hand column on the website....that's what I would do.

I think it makes the colors appear brighter and the coin easier on the eyes.

Well whether you want to or not they don't seem to want to let you so I think you will remain the same.

Oh and when you can I'm with LordM black with just a slight border but them I might have a reason for that.
