I just want to mention the outstanding assistance I received from Trove Software in Olathe, KS. recently. They market the "Coin Elite" Inventory software. Anyway, I'd been using their product for over 10yrs; and when I finally had to get a new computer, I had to purchase their new software, because my old software would not convert on Windows 7. For awhile I was worried that I might have to manually type in every coin in my collection. But---not to worry:
Rick @ Trove had me send him a disc of my inventory from the old software, and he converted it for me and sent it back at no extra cost. Thanks Rick, and Trove Software. I am a happy camper.

I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

nankraut, may I ask what operating system you were using? I need to go from XP to Windows 7 really soon.
Edit to add, I guess the software version # is important. I'm on CE version 12.05 now.

I went from XP to Windows 7. But the old Coin Elite program I was using was really old----bought it back in 1992 on two A-drive floppies. I think that's why it wouldn't convert onto Windows 7.
