Sorry to say this, but I don't think the surfaces are original. It looks like it's been cleaned to "restore" the red color. I'm on my lap top which gives me so-so images, but I"m 90% sure than I'm correct.

I think it has been plated, but I also think it was plated by the original issuer, so it is "as made". However I reserve the right to change my mind since I can't see it in hand. F-168/311a
i like, but no idea on the grade. at first glance i am wondering if it has original surfaces. but, i don't know enough about this particular coin to say for sure...that's just my instinct.
