I have two gold coins I could turn into 301.5 oz of silver. Is now the time to do that?

I figured the numismatic value in the gold coins would be nice to pull out and put into bullion silver. Thoughts?

    I've done that in the past and not regreted it. It depends on the coins of course, that and waiting to see if silver drops to $25.

    The Gold-silver ratio of 55 to 1 would seem to favor this trade.

    Price of silver on its own has no bearing as far as I'm concerned.

    It's the price 'relative' to gold that would determine my decision.

    Are you basing the 301.5 oz on the GSR? Current B&M premiums? Are you taking the spread into account? I do not know what type of gold you are talking about, but when I look here at the BST, I see people asking for 20-30% premiums on Ag.
