Most likely waiting for a price turnaround. APMEX does not reprice. Their parameters are set up based on spot + a margin.

Margin requirements are still STUPID LOW. Control a silver position with only 16% down? Gold with only 7% down? Dont blame rising margins for taking prices lower, rather blame silly low margins for creating high prices.
