eBay listing: a simple mistake or something more?

Coin pictured is light years away from what is advertised in the title, so I sent the seller a question about this listing.
When in doubt, don't.

Obvious not in a PCGS holder...reported
"Bongo drive 1984 Lincoln that looks like old coin dug from ground."

The seller has a feedback total of 11 and already has two neutrals and one negative.
Chances of getting a PCGS coin would appear to be nil.
I reported the auction to eBay.

All the other dollars listed do not have "PCGS" in the title.

Perhaps a mistake on the lister's part?

What is this listing, some kind of a joke?? This guy's off his rocker!!
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I sent the seller this question via the eBay system:
Your auction title says the coin is a PCGS MS65, but the coin in the photo is an uncertified coin in approximately XF40 condition. Oops?

    This was his reply:
so whats the difference? please tell me or send me the information on the differences.

That pretty much eliminates the "simple mistake" defense.
    Reported.
    When in doubt, don't.
  • The neg feedback he got was also for a misrepresented silver dollar.

Someone has bid on the coin... an eBay'er with 4840 feedbacks and a 100% positive rating. I wonder if Mr. Seller might be in store for a rude feedback awakening?
    When in doubt, don't.
