Coin pictured is light years away from what is advertised in the title, so I sent the seller a question about this listing.
When in doubt, don't.

The seller has a feedback total of 11 and already has two neutrals and one negative.
Chances of getting a PCGS coin would appear to be nil.
I reported the auction to eBay.
Perhaps a mistake on the lister's part?

Trust you can believe in
Your auction title says the coin is a PCGS MS65, but the coin in the photo is an uncertified coin in approximately XF40 condition. Oops?
This was his reply:
so whats the difference? please tell me or send me the information on the differences.
That pretty much eliminates the "simple mistake" defense.
Reported.
