185 Strikes Again !!! Grades Popped day 14 !!

Morning,
As has been mentioned 1000 times before, I watch Bulk subs of 100's of cards Pop all day in 3-10 days (Supposed to be 45 day turnaround), and yet my sub of 20 cards on the 10 day Turnaround (I Know turnaround is only estimate), which I paid a premium for, logged in Sept. 8'th, makes today Business Day 14!

Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.
My $8/10-day 31-card sub (logged 8/25) popped on the morning of the 16th business day (9/19). I pointed this out to customer service and they're sending me a $32 voucher for the delay. I take this to mean that 12 days is within the estimated 10-day turnaround but any thing over that is too long ($32 = 4 days over that outer-limit).
Hope they pop soon!

All of these were the nicest and best centered from a complete set of 66. This is just total BullCrap !! They were all 7's or 8's, its not like this is my First rodeo, Thoudsands and thousands subbed!!!!

Those days do count. After being beyond dissatisified with my most recent submission turnaround time... I was told by one of the CS reps that the only days that don't count are holidays and the W-T-F (3 days) during National week.
