What would you guys do?

There is an old "colonial inn" nearby that's for sale, and is currenly vacant. There are cobwebs on the door so it hasn't been used in a while. There's a nice back yard area that's out of sight from traffic, etc. Would you throw the detector in the back seat and head over? Or...?

    Yes, by all means. A quick search of the county records would likely produce an owner than
    a quick letter for permission might be obtainable. But, until it gets back, search it!!

    Its for sale huh, take your camera and get some pics of the place and postem
    here, that way you can have a legitamate reason for being thereimage for us interested
    parties for the property, and heck since your there, you may as well detect.

    IF YOU DO GO....LOOK AND SEE IFTHERE WAS A PLACE FOR A CLOTHSELINE I USED TO FIND STUFF THAT FELL OUT OF POCKETS AND SUCH WHERE THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A CLOTHSELINE....AND UNDER STAIRS AND WOOD SLAT PORCHES...DID I SPELL CLOTHSELINE RIGHT? GOOD LUCK...OLD SCHOOL COIN SHOOTER...
