Any board feedback on eBay seller: bristolcollectibles?

Anyone on the boards deal with bristolcollectibles? Feedback seems great on eBay.
I won a Mike Schmnidt PSA 10 card for a little over $100.00 on 8/8. Received a USPS tracking number when it shipped thereafter. Problem is, tracking number cannot be located in the USPS database, and the card has not arrived.
Seller has communicated, but communication is infrequent and atrocious. Last week, I was told that the seller would issue a refund. I told the seller to wait another week or so since the card was probably lost and will be returned. I need this card or else I would move on, but feel that the seller could be doing more to research the issue.
Sent an e-mail on Friday with no response. My time is running out on eBay to file a claim. Should I file a dispute and get a refund or is this a good seller that everyone knows on this board?

I completely agree. Filing the claim isn't going to change anything. Either you will eventually get it or you won't. And if for some reason you think the seller may still have the card and just hasn't sent it out yet, he certainly won't be sending it out after a month.
