Need Help Identifying a Clemente Issue

I picked this up at the 2010 National as I had never seen this issue before -- gathered a little info and subbed it as a 1969 Team Issue -- came back N9.
Last week I picked up a group of Pirates team issues that match this card. The group included: Walker, Blass, Hebner, Sanguillen, Stargell, & Veale -- unfortunately no header card. The cards appear numbered by the players' number, as many other team issues are. The cards are 4 3/8" x 5 1/2"
Any help would be appreciated. Scott

I wish I could help you on this, but it seems that the Pirates team issues are not well cataloged.
I think you should change the title of this thread to "Help Identify Pirates team issues". I'll scan all my Al Olivers and we can have a party.

and at least one with an advertisement for a hair salon. I have a Stargell with an ad back and saw a Mazeroski
with the same one on ebay a few months ago.
Any chance you have a scan of that header card?

this just happened to me. I sent in a signed 1983 Canadien juniors Steve Yzerman pre rookie card and did not list any info on the submission sheet because there was not enough room to insert all the info. I assumed they would know what it was. I was wrong, by chance i checked my account and all the grades had just posted. I saw N9 and called them and told the rep that it was a normally graded issue of card and they had missed it and see what happend.
She said they will take care of it. Well it came back to me without being PSA DNA certified and just said authentic. So one problem became 2 errors and i had to send it back for a mechanical error written on the package. My personal opinion is if you do not wright anything down on the form they will just N9 it and send it back that way. To busy? maybe, either way it was a hassel. Good luck finding out what your Clemente is!!!!
