on a bullion art bar.... it's either RJC or RJG. Any idea who may have produced a 1 oz Zeppelin silver bar with those initials on the reverse?

Possibly Ronald J. Gillio?
His name is returned in some of the results, associated with art bars, when I google: "RJG mint art bars"
Here are auction pictures of the item in question...not mine...
unkown producer of the Graf Zeppelin bar

<< <i>Could that be the artist/engraver's initials rather that the manufacturer of the bar similar to VDB initials on the cent for example? >>
It's possible... I have an example of just about every 1 oz silver art bar produced depicting the Zeppelin, but I've never seen this particular one before.
<< <i>Perhaps...but unlikely..I believe he's more into coins & not silver art bars. ... >>
That was my thinking as well, although he's been in the business a long time. Might be worth an email to him just to rule him out.
Edit for clarification.
Mystery solved. The bar is Mother Lode Mint.
See here, where you have to scroll down to see this bar.
