re-grade question

how many of you have sent your cards back in for a re-grade and got a higher grade? do i break the old case and send it back in or send it in the case and ask them for a re-grade? never done it before

58 topps jim brown psa 5
54 bowman ted williams psa 4

I feel like psa's grading has been inconsistent. sent in a joe montana rookie with sharp edges, no creases, great centering and no stains and it got a 4. makes no sense at all. Gave the card to blackie whos a part of this forum and even he was confused

If you think they are undergraded by two grades then I would crack and resub (probably couldnt get any worse, in your opinion)

if you post a couple of pics, guys here,will be more than willing to give you feedback...

nice card for the grade but I think it might be graded correctly.. tough to tell from the smallish scan..
surface looks a little worn
