How do I ship to Canada with confirmation?

How does one ship a coin from USA to Canada with tracking, insurance and a confirmation that would satisfy Paypal?
I tried figuring it out at the USPS site but gave up in frustration.
Any advice would be welcome.

I don't think you can. If there is a way I'd like to know, too.

Is the Canadian Postal Strike over? If not, UPS or FEDEX, if you trust any of those 2 services.

Unless they've changed their rules recently, UPS and FedEx will not insure coins.

That's exactly why I would never trust that I would receive a refund for an insured package that was lost. Who wants to argue with the post officew about the definition of "valuable articles", especially when they get to define the term?

I have private insurance in any case so I'm protected with that. Just have to send registered, express or Fedex.
