I just got 4 German 10 euros from my Aunt in Berlin. One dated 2009 (Berlin World Games) and one dated 2010 (175th anniversary of the railroad.) These two are 18g and .925 silver.
My inquiry is with the other two. Both are 2011. I remember reading the silver content was decreased. I just rechecked and the 2011's are 16.00 grams @ .625 silver. So, 16.00g/31.103g = .5144 troy oz. And .5144 troy oz X .625 = .32 pure Ag. At $43.80 the current silver melt is $14.08.
thx

Your math and methodolgy appears correct.
