Neat Lincoln DDO to look for

JRoccoJRocco Posts: 14,277 ✭✭✭✭✭
Here is a really neat 1941 DDO that is not too common and may often go un-noticed.
It is known as the 1941 DDO FS#1C-018.3, 1DO-006, CONECA: 5-O-IV, or Wexler: WDDO-005
I have found 2 of these in searches so they are out there.
The main PUP's are doubling in LIBERTY, the ear and 19 of the date.
This is listed as URS 9 or approx 125-250 known
Sorry for the old low res pics
edited to add - this is an example of a Class 4 DDO, Offset Hub Doubling

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

The 1 is easily spotted without a loupe, the sign of a nice, strong, DD.

A very nice variety as it is. But imagine what it would be like if the first hubbing was stronger!

I had to turn my Cherrypickers back a few pages, but well worth it. Ive got a few pounds to sort and I'll keep that one in mind.
