    mike,
i am not sure about that?if someone wants to spend that on a card that they need let them.i wouldn't call them lazy maybe he lives in fort kent maine?i know living in conn with three kids it is hard to pack the family up and go on a two hour trip to white plains or boston.so yes i might overspend but the convenience of being able to do the buying from home out weighs the inconvenience of packing the kids up listen to them ask where the nearest chucky cheese is 100 times gas, lunch, tolls in hopes to find a gradeable(not sure that is a word)card that they then have to ship along with 24 other cards to calif. in hopes to get a 8?if i need a card that bad i would be more than willing to spend the extra money and have less headaches.i don't no if it confidence or the fact that you know what your getting.

Jack> That is true. . .everyone's situation is different. While I do think people should set responsible limits on what they pay for a given card, I think everyone will have their own definition of a "responsible limit".

So full of action, my name should be a verb.
  • I agree with Jack. Most of the cards I sell are to small town folks. I rarely sell to people here in the SF bay area or Chicago where there are plenty of card shows. I do get alot of action from New York and New Jersey but that's always been a hotbed for collectors.
