Big day for silver?

In Wed. pre-market trading SLV up over 3.5% and AGQ up $16 from it's Tuesday low. Could this be the begining of a spot price rally?

Also looks like the equities markets have come back to their senses since yesterday's late head fake.

Im not so sure the silver chart isnt beginning to look sickly.

Still above the 50dma, but below the 20dma and below the May reaction peak. Momos did not comfirm the run to 40+. SLV showing pretty strong distribution the last week.

I am glad I am diversified in metals.

Silver is looking weak to me. It cannot even approach $40 as gold moves towards $1,800.

I don't like it. It annoys my eyes.

  • rojection is close to what I've been thinking will happen of course silver moved up to the 40 range before starting down shifting the date a while. In the end it won't matter as the long term silver chart will be parabolic up for the next few years.
