I ran in a 5K race this morning. Afterwards while standing around I noticed several runners trying to kick a quarter out of the asphult. I went to the truck and got my pointed md screwdiver and pried it out. Then a runner said there was another on over here so I got it too. That's my eyeball finds for the day.

    I would have done much the same, but I always carry a couple of knives, so would have used them instead. Cheers, RickO

    That reminds me of a time i was talking on my cell phone near some parking meters i began kicking at the dirt and up popped a quarter...then another...i walked up the whole parkway by the time i finished i found about a dollar and a half in change with out a detector....i was at work and did not have my detector....kind of a rough neighborhood...don't think i would venture back unless i had someone with...thanks.....old school coinshooter
