I currently have my unopened packs stored in display boxes. Football packs in FB boxes, OPC in OPC boxes etc. Decent way to store them but can't see whats on the bottom so I don't know what years are in which box. But won't be able to do that with the grader holders anyway. I thought maybe Columbia or someone else had boxes specifically sized for graded cards.

Very creative way to recycle those envelope boxes. I just have mine stacked in a spare dresser drawer. >>
I also use the 500 count envelope boxes to hold my topps sets which are in 9 per page sheets. 1 year (and traded set if applicable) per box.
You might have seen yesterday was very tough with news we received regarding my wife. I want to assure you everything is on pace, and I will update the pack list later today. Yesterday I received a couple of packages including MacrosB.
Leathtech I believe is the last package I am waiting on. He PM'd me Tuesday night, and sent out his packs yesterday 2 day shipping.
So I should receive his tomorrow, Saturday the latest.
I still hope and plan to get to the National for a day or so, as it will be a nice break for me. This was a bonus for us to save on shipping as Steve plans to authenticate there. If I can't go, then we will go with our original plan of shipping into PSA.

I just had two more packages arrive today and they are for the Group Sub. So I think we are just going to have to sub this the normal way. I don't know how if I even can go, to get these to the National. Anyone have any suggestions? Steve agreed to Authenticate if I got them to him at the National. I obviously had some personal issues, but we couldn't have even gotten this out until Monday anyway. I recieved packs from leathers and miller in my mail today.

Okay I think we are set as far as packs logged, labeled, and packed up. I haven't done mine yet, but will later today. I had to fill out submission forms for half the orders which although time consuming it was okay. I wrapped packs in groups of 3 to 5 with bubble wrap. If you only had a few packs I labeled them(used priority stickers I had) according to the Master spreadsheet as you can see on page 1. I also put in each seperate members name a filled out submission form per PSA.
If you had several packs I wrapped your wrapped packs again in bubble wrap with your submission form that can be easily accessed. I obviously will use peanuts as I feel those work very well when I pack these up. Still don't know on the National... I don't like the idea of shipping them to a hotel or whatever in Chicago. I think I can comfortably and safely bring them with me If I do know, but I won't know for another day or two, so I'll keep things updated.
Still a few payments needed to get in. If you sent a check I have not been to the bank but will get there in the next day or two. You can paypal me at the address I gave you.

And here is the final list. I am pretty confident this should go smoothly, just will be a lot of unwrapping and wrapping, but that's the way it goes with packs, hence the normal $14 cost.

Hi Mike, not sure if you guys have seen the August Specials that were posted but you went through a lot of work for PSA to post a pack special for August at your same rate.
I think that if you take them to the National the timing will be faster, correct? If that is the case, then I am in favour of that.
Just read the special and think the no minimum it more than a bit upsetting after we were told that we needed at least 100 to hit the $10 a pack number.
It pretty much depends if you are up to going to the National with whats going on. I know its a good trek from where you are. If you decide to go, that would be the best way to get them there. If not, I'm ok with what ever method we decide on. I still think if you didn't go and did not want to mail it to a hotel, it might be possible to call Steve and see if you could mail it to his shop and have someone there take it to him at the National. I don't know how close they are but it looks pretty close on the map.

Seems it would be better to ship them to where you're going. With TSA these days, they may open a few packs to ensure there isn't something illegal inside.
No, I don't really believe they will open the actual packs. They may swipe them for illegal substances though. Only other recommendation is to ensure the bag can fit in an overhead if you want positive contact the entire time or they'll make you check it at the gate. Good luck!
Nice packs Mike. I escpecially like the rare 77 upside down Bill Freehan pack. The Ned Yost rookie pack would be second. The funny thing, is when I was going through that box of loose 82 rack packs, I kept coming across ones with Ned Yost on top.

If you had several packs I wrapped your wrapped packs again in bubble wrap with your submission form that can be easily accessed. I obviously will use peanuts as I feel those work very well when I pack these up. Still don't know on the National... I don't like the idea of shipping them to a hotel or whatever in Chicago. I think I can comfortably and safely bring them with me If I do know, but I won't know for another day or two, so I'll keep things updated.
Still a few payments needed to get in. If you sent a check I have not been to the bank but will get there in the next day or two. You can paypal me at the address I gave you.
Here are the packs minus mine which still need to be wrapped and labeled.
And here is the final list. I am pretty confident this should go smoothly, just will be a lot of unwrapping and wrapping, but that's the way it goes with packs, hence the normal $14 cost.

Just read the special and think the no minimum it more than a bit upsetting after we were told that we needed at least 100 to hit the $10 a pack number.

It pretty much depends if you are up to going to the National with whats going on. I know its a good trek from where you are. If you decide to go, that would be the best way to get them there. If not, I'm ok with what ever method we decide on. I still think if you didn't go and did not want to mail it to a hotel, it might be possible to call Steve and see if you could mail it to his shop and have someone there take it to him at the National. I don't know how close they are but it looks pretty close on the map.

The funny thing, is when I was going through that box of loose 82 rack packs, I kept coming across ones with Ned Yost on top.
