As many years as the Red Sox has been a staple in the American League how can one possibly only come up with two players worthy of their Mt. Rushmore? How in the world do you not include Clemens?

Ruth would be on my Mt. Rushmore. How many better pitchers have the Red Sox had over the last 100 years? Clemens?

Just Pedro. Clemens is still tainted by PEDs and he spent more than half his career outside Boston.

Pedro spent 7 of his 18 seasons on Boston. For whatever reason, there are very few great players who spent most of their careers in Boston.

This is for you @thisistheshow - Jim Rice was actually a pretty good player.

*86 consecutive years of terrible ownership and management will do that. See: current NY Knicks
