Brasher was a regulator, as was William Hollingshead.
Both counterstamped coins, passing them for commerce.
In 2014 I was lucky to find a spoon by Hollingshead.

My Hollingshead spoon and mark, the same very punch used to regulate coins I estimate my spoon was made c.1760-70 in Philadelphia. A very cool example of colonial American silver.
