I need a value estimate please

I have original mint sealed packages of 5 Eisenhower 40% silver dollars of all dates: '71-S, '72-S, '73-S and '74-S. I also have a sealed package of 5 '72-S proof Ike dollars, and a sealed package of 10 '65 SMS. Should I assume that all these coins are worth just their melt value or is there any premium associated with them? Any info would be appreciated and thank you in advance for your replies. Tony.
