If a major promoter such as HSN sent PCGS or NGC 10,000 of these medals, PCGS or NGC would probably slab these with a fancy label and grade them "BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED". Didn't PCGS slab coins with Obama stickers?

For those interested...I just got of the Phone with PCGS & yes they will grade them under the Modern Tier ($14) and the medals will be first strike eligible, ($18 per coin) if submitted within the first 30days of issue..Oct1
