New bust dimes and a counterstamp

Here are a few new coins I picked up lately, opinions and comments welcome:

1835 JR-1 (R.1) "R.O. WOOD" counterstamp: I know there are some counterstamp guys that browse here, so if you have any info
on this stamp that would be fabulous image

    Although I do not collect them, I have always found counterstamped coins to be intriguing. I do have a chop marked Trade Dollar, but no counterstamps of U.S. origin. Cheers, RickO

    I've always been intrigued by counterstamps as well, and decided to add some to my collection. Since bust dimes are my area of focus, it was a no brainer to pick this one up image
