Me too. So why is an ASE worth $3 more over spot than a silver round is?

If you have to ask that question, you have no business dealing in bullion

Well I don't deal in bullion nor do I intend to purchase any. Actually I asked the question as a friendly jab to those who constantly gripe about the collector pucks not being priced at current spot plus!!!

$3.99 over is closer to $4!

The 2011 ASE are hot for some reason.
I traded my two rolls of 2011 ASE's to my local dealer for his two rolls of 2007-W burnished ASE in the capsules and boxes with COAs.

The free shipping is a nice touch but I won't pay more than $2 above spot. If I can't find it at that price, I just buy 90%.

Trading a 10+million mintage coin for a 700K mintage coin. Sounds like a good deal. Makes me believe the collector base for these ASEs may be dwindling. There simply is no demand for these 2007 W ASEs.

Anyone knows what is the Mint currently charges the APs?

This is why I don't buy ASE's. 90% coinage at a lower price seems so much better. Plus, the way I look at it, ASE's are manufactured bullion, while 90% silver is history.

They raised the price recently, I believe it's around $2 above spot.

I needed eagles so bad the other day, I broke out all the 07-w & 08-w eagles out of the boxes and sold them in rolls to meet demand.
