Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

<< <i>That is not really a Canadian then. A real Canadian would be a wearing hockey glove with one hand and holding a beer with the other. Therefore, how could he take the picture? Consider yourself lucky.

This is no time for games!!!!
Edited to add, good thing the seller was wearing latex gloves, wouldnt want to get finger prints on the holder
I hope you get yours soon !!!
<< <i>It'll probably show up. My experience with packages from Canada is that you always add a week or so onto what you think it should reasonably take. I live in Alaska and it takes up to three weeks to get something from Northern BC. Ridiculous. None of these packages involved coin transactions though. >>
No Seriously they went on strike
<< <i>Yes, your single experience with a Canada seller is the rule to judge all sellers from Canada. Thanks for the heads up and sharing. >>
Apparently you didn't read the thread....Im warning folks that dont already know that Canadian Postal workers are on strike. As in there is not anybody to carry packages in Canada. I dont get into all that ranting and raving about ebay like other folks
Practice makes perfect & nobody is perfect. So, practice being nobody and be perfect !

According to the CBC, it's currently a rotating strike, meaning slowdowns but not a complete halt.

Perhaps the title of your thread should have been "Warning: Canadian postal workers now on strike".

<< <i>The latex gloves are a bit of overkill considering the coin is in a plastic capsule. >>
Yeah but some of us collect plastic!
By way of comparison, their mail is expensive, service very slow - they actually make the USPS look somewhat efficient.
<< <i>I don't buy anything from Canadian's. They are cheap, unreliable and will often skirt paying their bills. My company has a policy not to do business with anyone from Canada unless we have cash on the barrel. Way too many of them are dead-beats, it is a wonder how the country survives.
Canada = Dead beat >>
Believe me, there's more deadbeats in the US than in Canada.

This is so outrageous, I can't tell if you're kidding or not! I do have to say that my experiences with Canadians have been stellar!

Are you kidding? This is ridiculous and insulting.
<< <i>Its worth noting that I like Canada and dont have hard feelings against any canadians (even the striking postal workers)! Canada is alot of un to visit.... Especially Windsor
When I have had to use Canada Post I have always found their people very nice and accommodating. One of them gave me a Canadian flag pin even, and I still have it. I like Canada, we used to visit there a lot - but with all of our foreign passports after 9-11 it became too much hassle to get back into the USA after visiting Canada so we just gave up. I do miss the food goodies you can get there, mostly British but occasionally some Frenchy type stuff too.

When I was in Detroit and under 21, you could drive over to Windsor and buy beer at 18......

All the Canadian relatives were coming over here to buy liquor and beer for weddings etc, because the PST/GST were so high in Canada. Maybe more so now because their dollar is greater valued than the USA dollar.

My argument PHall is by population alone, there's a greater number of 'problem buyers' from the US, than from Canada.
I can't see anyone not agreeing to this.
