Ebay removed my listings for keyword spamming... When I wasn't... Of course

They said I was using the words "Jordan, Russel, Kobe, Griffin, and Magic, logomans, logo patches, multi color"
When infact I was listing autos of Jordan, Russel, Kobe, Griffni, and Magic... And had a Lebron logo patch, a logoman, and other multi color patches
Love you ebay.

The department at Ebay that handles this sort of stuff is apparently staffed by zombie monkeys.

Hey, I just realized it's Friday.
<< <i>
<< <i>I called up, and they said the reason my listings were removed was because I didn't put an item condition down >>
Then change the thread title - I just wasted 30 seconds of valuable reading time for nothing. >>
I get an email saying what I said in the first post, after calling they said something completely different... What do you want me to do?
This is the title of the email I got (Same reasons inside)

It's known as the "NoSig" variation. WTF am I supposed to call it?
Only an idiot would have a message board signature.
<< <i>maybe it was 1/1 >>
Considering it is "first in the print run" it is 1/1, I know you feel strongly against it but it was not even mentioned in the email....seriously you guys who get angry over this need to get a life, I watch you get aggressive on the forums time and time again for this and modern "crap", it's quite amusing actually....
And tbh I wouldn't doubt it was you swartz, and in that case refer to my previous statement and read it 15 more times.
the second comment was an honest guess...

Unless all of those items you named were contained in a single auction, then by ebay's defintion that would be keyword spamming.
of the word "Tiffany" in a listing title.
If I revised a listing with the word "Tiffany" in the title, that revision counted
against my quota of 5 per month.
I have tested the catch system in the body of numerous listings. "This is the
Tiffany of fishing lures," is not poofed as an infringing use.
.....................................
As the acknowledged largest fence of stolen property in world history, it is fun
to note that the use of a simple word catches their attention. The courts caught
their attention and this is their reaction.
I wish the courts would pursue some of the REAL wrongdoings committed by such
corporate RICO-gangs.
Evenm though the only names I was using were Topps, Upper Deck and Fleer.
This year I have listed 3 Tiffany bracelets and have had no problem!
Maybe I am getting Parinoid in my Old Age but you guys figure this one out. This morning I checked my listings in my Store, I swear that I had 642, later on I am looking and I see 645, the little voice in my head says that I only had 642 earlier and haven't listed anything, so how could that be...Ignored it! So anyway a couple of hours later I get the ol' Listing Removal E-Mail, three of my listings for the 1977 Topps Star Wars # 277 Error (Boner) card have been removed due to Duplicate Listings.
So I immedately call the E-bay Monkey and Lit into his A$$ about the fact that they are three different Cards and not the same listing...ect. ect. and he corrects me and explains that I listed three exact duplicates of the three listings I already had listed. I am dumbfounded, check my Store and have the three listings still listed. So do I have Gremlins or is E-bay trying to get me for TOS violations to screw me out of my %20 discount I have had for over a year now??
Or is the Alzheimers so Bad I am doing things and not remembering them an hour later.....All Jokes aside...NOT!!!
I am totally confused!!!
