Apmex fractional silver rounds

WeissWeiss Posts: 9,941 ✭✭✭✭✭
Imagine paying twice melt for a 1/10th oz silver round that looks like a mercury dime. Instead of buying an actual mercury dime. With a face value. Numismatic potential. Global recognition. And no premium...
Apmex offers fractional silver rounds

That is the problem with newly made fractional silver, the fabrication and transportation costs are just about equal to the bullion value.

Like the idea - do not like the price.

It must be in the spirit of the coins. They are offering a fraction of the sell price. It this case 1/2..........image

Hard to figure that one out. Only if 90% silver totally disappeared would that make any sense.

1000 or more $4.76 ............... I doubt if many of their customers will buy 19 or less for $6.66.

I guess we can expect them on eBay momentarily for $8.00+ plus shipping.image

Apmex doesn't care if you can't sell it at a profit. Their's is the only one that matters to them.
