advice so needed

This is my understand of silver quotes and the market: Correct me if wrong:
1- I check http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html all the time. I see two boards and wonder why they have different prices at times.
2- The boards consist of an unkown amount of buyers as well as an unknown amount of bought silver.
3- The more buyers buy the more prices go up and vice-a-versa. So in a sence, one with a mill in the market could benefit by dumping, buying, dumping, yes?
I need some advice. I’ve been watching the silver market for 3 or 4 yrs. 08/08 it went from 28 to 14 because of the oil break. Then rose to 48 until Obama anounced about Osama, big time BS! down to 34 right now. I speculate it bounces back up in the at 20‘s. I'm not even sure this is indeed silver "stock" I've been watching and wanting to get into. My question is where can I go to buy stocks that reflects on www.kitco.com ? In Aug I will have an extra 5 to 700 a month to silver invest. Is e*trade a sufficient tool for buying into silver?

    Bless you.
<<Pool Accounts, also often referred to as unallocated storage accounts, refer to a precious metal account deposit in which the client does not have title to specific (allocated) bars or coins. The client instead owns a defined but unallocated interest in a pool of precious metals held by Kitco. However, the client is entitled to receive physical bullion in the form of any type bar or coin normally carried by Kitco upon payment of quoted fabrication charges.>>

Does this mean kitco will replace the paper you buy with the physical stuff? Ahh, reading on, I say yes. Bless you my friend.
  • You could always go to a coin shop or coin show and buy some physical
silver. Everyone in my area uses kitco prices for their physical silver. There
will be a modest premium but it is safe, tangible, and pretty.

heheh...I'm in a wheelchair bro, prety cryped up. I live 3 miles awayfrom downtown Orlando, home invasions are rampiid here. I'd rather not sit on 700/month of shiny stuff
