I heard something on CNBC that the Military dropped his body in the Sea, because it would've been too much of a risk transporting it to the U.S.. Anyone else hear that?

Well, what would you expect, with comments like yours.
You honestly believe what the Govt. is telling you that OBL is dead when they say he is dead and then dump the body in the Sea because that way we have to believe what they are saying is true? I'm suppose to take this Govt. on its word doing what the Mob would do?

Cmon. You gotta be smarter than to believe something like this. In this day and age of technology, do we even know if any DNA tests were done to PROVE it was him? He's been known to have doubles. Who's to say it wasn't a double, but we wont know will we, because the body can't be found now. Gimme a break. Why do you think this has been done so swiftly? I'll tell ya, so you have to believe what the Gov't says because there is no ther way to prove it happening.
If there were DNA tests, that still means you have to believe who is saying it. The only proof is what i said earlier. A picture of a known U.S Military person standing next to the body that is proven not to be a body double with Independent DNA results, meaning that those doing the test would not know who the samples were taken from.
I'm sorry, but with all that has happened thru the W Bush years, I don't believe a single word that the Govt. says now. I base my judgement of what really is going on from their actions, not what they say. Saying OBL is dead and his body has been dumped into the Sea to avoid his grave being exhumed is not good enough for me. I'm sorry...jmho.
It is Muslim religious "law" that demands a burial take place within 24 hours , to not do so would have been a serious insult to all Muslims.It really is as simple as that.

OBL has been declared dead a number of times in the past 10 yrs. How is this one any different? What happens when more OBL video tapes surface making
light of his own "premature" death? Whether true or not one would imagine that OBL made allowances for such an event.

There's claims that the whole incident was actually filmed on helmet cams and watched live elsewhere,at this point in time theres not enough facts to make an informed decision as to when this even took place.Some web news are saying a week ago.

Two British companies and three American ones are developing prototypes. One of those is understood to be the FSS’s “DNA-in-a-box” product, which is a desktop machine that would be kept in a police station custody suite.
At government level, the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) in London and the FBI in Washington are liaising over how to evaluate the different machines. Officials from the United States visited London this month and a British team will go to Washington in November.

They already had OBL's DNA sequenced (either his directly or the mitochondrial DNA he shared with siblings). This allowed them to analyze ahead of time his DNA for various unique markers that give DNA its "fingerprint". This further allowed them to develop and synthesize the tools (known as "primers) to directly look for that fingerprint in a DNA sample. Designing and making these primers is the hard part of DNA sequencing. Using them is easy and can be accomplished with use of purification kits, machinery and computational tools small enough to fit in a bathroom. Most likely a small makeshift lab had been assembled on the naval vessel the SEALS were based off of. Such an analysis should only take several hours, given they had the ability to work the conditions out ahead of time.
I will not criticize your skepticism of OBL's death, but at least hang it on something other than the idea that a DNA test can't be done quickly.
Thank you for that information...not to argue about it, but if you are aware of such a process to verify it was him thru this DNA testing, why hasn't the Govt. came out and said they used theis technology and that is why they were able to verify it was him so quickly? I know you can't answer that, but I feel it is an extremely valid question.

they compared OBL's sample at the time with his son's for the 99.9% assurance.
this comparison could be analyzed quickly, hour(s)
wonder if they embalmed the remaining brain tissue for further analysis???
