oh as for this series...i was not able to watch the game tonight since i do not have cable..but it was a game i did not mind missing

I'm so happy that the B's won (first in my lifetime - born in '79) but am really sad that the season is over. The 2011 Playoffs in general were incredible. A TON of good series. I love the NBA too and the NHL blew it out of the water. OT, Double OT, Triple OT, Game 7's, new stars and old, great goaltending and breakout guys (Brad Marchand at the top of the list). It had everything.

I was born in 1971 so this is a first for me. I watched alot of hockey for many many years and it just seems weird to see a Bruins player skating around with the Cup.

It was a great series and the B's played with a heck of a lot of heart and deserved the cup. Sadly, I was still cheering for Tampa to make a comeback

oh and it is horrible what the group in Vancouver did to ruin a great playoff.

that was a great game 7 and thomas had a playoff/season that was just spectacular.
