Sharpness grade is Fine, but it's net graded to Good-4 or so because of heavy corrosion. There are five varieties of 1810 large cents.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
A little better date, and I have seen much worse among the classic heads. I concur with Bill that the technical detail is Fine. Though there are varieties among the classic head cents, I'm not aware of any that are scarce - like R4 and up, so there's not much to cherrypick in the series, at least that I'm aware of. The 1811/0 in the early die state is my favorite. What is scarce, as has been discussed in much detail already, are genuinely nice original classic heads.

There are bigger fish to fry at the moment now, though.
No rare varieties for any Classic Head cents
