Clock on computer and on the forum are different

I posted at 11:57 according to my computer. But the forum clock said I posted at 12:00

How can that be? Is anyone elses computer's time different than the forum time?

Clock skew is a common phenomenon in computing. The most likely cause is that your machine
is not set up to update its time periodically from an Internet time server. The crystal in most PCs
    is not particularly accurate.

Now that you mention it, my computer time and the forum time are 3 minutes off, also. Odd.

  • Rigtht now my computer just flipped to 11:03.
  • In my experience, the forum is always a mite fast against my accurate time pieces.

    I noticed a while ago.

I reset my time to a net time server, and my clock didn't change.

I think it is the server that is wrong.
