    Since it is not a key date I see no problem bagging a 67.

    IMHO the three possible outcomes are:

    - possibly no grade if the spot by IN is active contamination;
    - probably MS64RD due to the carbon spot in the left obverse field;
    - best case scenario MS65RD, not worth the fees to submit.

    The cabon spot kills it for me,

    If it's the best you have, I would keep it.

    I think its a great coin for a album, maybe if you were short a coin for an economy submission, send it in, but I think 64 maybe 65, but pcgs may be worried about the guarantee to grade any higher because of the spot---------BigE

    I'll go with MS65/66RD but the cabon spot will only get bigger in time. Nice Cent. image

    MS65RD... That small carbon spot will keep it out of a 66RD.

    I'd give it an MS-65, Red. "Carbon spots" bug me so I might be harder on this piece than most people.

    I vote 65RD, spot and hit in the field, not worth submission fees.

    Spot limits grade to 65 red, IMO.
