<< <i>That area looks too crowded, neighbors are too close, a much better place will turn up. Looks to me that someone bought the land and trailer and just set it up to flip for 20k profit, do the same thing somewhere else on your own, make it a nicer set up for less $$., just trying to helpimage---------BigE >>

FWIW I totally agree with BigE and calleocho. Not at all my idea of the nature experience you're wanting to provide for your son.

<< <i>Did you notice this one? Not too shabby for the money...and it's on the lake... >>

Thats the property that we initially wanted.....see my 1st post. The camper is a 2002, but really nice...no prob there. But the land is a mess.......lots of yard work just to maintain, and the last 10-15 feet of land before the water was completely mushy and marshy. So we passed on it. >>

Hey, I've got some land off the coast of Florida I'd like to sell ya!!!!

I would have to see the place, but a waterfront place for the kiddo growing up is priceless, my best memories of childhood are of summers at the lake.

The waterfront lot deal is over. We just put in an offer on a lot that is about 4 mins walking distance to the main lake, which has a beach, pool, family center, playground, and paddleboat rentals. In otherwords, its close enough to all the action without the high pricetag that comes with actual lakefront property.

Got the news today......we now own a summer home! Very exciting.....excellent location (in relation to the facility), and a not too shabby park model trailer to boot! Our son absolutely loves the loft. It even has an actual staircase to get up there rather than the standard ladder found on most models. And the best part? $22,500, all said, all done!

Nice. Hard to beat that price. Did you already cash out of silver before today's action?

Sold 125oz @ $46.13 this morning. Sold 5oz of Au @ $1564 as well. Total cashout of $13,586.....decided to make up the rest with some excess cash we had in one of our bank accounts. No mortgage....all cash deal.

Stocked twice yearly with walleye, muskie, and trout. Also, there are carp, bluegill, bullhead, and catfish, largemouth and crappie which are native.

Bathroom is just a sink, toilet, and shower stall. The only bummer is the smallish 10 gal hot water tank. Lot is actually sewered.

Currently has a fire pit in back yard.....its actually more of a large steel truck wheel embeded in the ground. Its one of the 1st improvements we will make.....a stone fire pit on a nice 12 foot circular patio.
