US Mint Shipping Issue...empty box! - Resolution in first post

Well it finally happened....I ordered some of the direct ship Sacagaweas, a box of 2010s and one of 2011s. Each was shipped via a different shipper, the 2010s via UPS and the 2011s via FedEx ground with final delivery by the PO. Today they both arrived, well sort of. I have the UPS slip and will go pick them up tomorrow however the FedEx/USPS box is unfortunately empty. Taped up for sure but you can see where the tape was taken or came off and put back on. Only one strip of tape across the back, heck even I pack stuff better than that! It was packed by the PBGS service the Mint uses.
I have done the direct ship without a problem several times and funny enough over the last couple of weeks a co worker of mine had been asking about it and I have been telling him that it is not a problem at all! Eating my words there...
I haven't opened the box or anything...it is like it was in my mailbox. No need to, it weighs well next to nothing.
Any thoughts on what I need to do? Right now I am out 250 ducats and just have an empty box to show for it...

Resolved - I completed the form and faxed it in to the number the rep gave me maybe 3 weeks or so ago. Didn't hear anything one way or the other then I received an email saying that the 250.00 had been refunded to my CC and the next day received an email saying another order (including the new 250.00 charge) had been shipped (and it arrived safely!). Less than a month is not bad. I suppose I have a big black X next to my name at the Mint though!

It is typically the shipper that resolves issues with a shipment.

I had a sealed box of DS arrive today.
I opened one of the DS boxes that was properly sealed, and it was $50 (2 rolls) short!
No Joke!
The mint has me filling out some form and sending it to them.
you would know as its 4.6 pounds each.
keep box as is, not sure how the heck you prove you did not do it unless you know your mailman and he is willing
to say the box weighed nada when it was put in your mailbox, and the box does fit, but actually everyone i got was hand
carried to the door as they are required to when they scan it, they brought the boxes to door but left other mail in box.
oh well good luck anyway
