That coin is not even close to a 64
Poor strike in addition to the hits.
Look at WE TRUST on the obverse

Because I submitted it. I like coins with a coolness factor(to me). Sometimes collecting coins has nothing to do with the grade, registry points and is not about the money...it is about collecting coins you presonally like or personally thik are cool.
