eBay: Someone About To Get Royally Screwed

I saw this listing earlier on eBay by seller daveydav30. The seller has listed silver Libertads plated to make them appear like gold. I politely sent the seller a message through eBay and noted the issue while giving him the benefit of the doubt. His response was "they are gold in color and as far as i know these are gold.... i have never seen silver look like gold."
Since then, someone BINed the listing. Is there any way to report the item and help out the buyer? The seller seems like a scumbag who knows what he is doing, and it would be nice to stop the transaction.

Here is his response:
Dear 08hala20,
I'm calling it gold because the coin itself is gold. i am about to pull them off because i am getting conflicting comments about them

Hopefully he makes it right.
that it's pure silver. Perhaps I'll watch for feedback and then notify the buyer.
I'm like that sometimes!
