Spam because you are promoting a sale or appear to be fishing for buyers in the wrong forum. A general question about selling or buying should not be worded so that it appears to be an effort to drum up private messages from potential buyers or sellers. Pointing out spam (in the wrong forum) to an OP is not talking trash. Talking trash is calling someone a POS.

For the record, I NEVER said you private messaged me, I said TeeWee did one single time. After reading your thread, and TeeWee's private message to me, you do sound like him. Maybe something is lost in translation, but reading your posts is just like reading his. If you are not one and the same, I apologize. But when it walks like a duck... You know the rest.

Really? You say you are 26 years old. Your login ID has a forum join of March 2011. You are complaining to/about folks who joined the forums in 2006 (or before/later, but definitely before March 2011), and yet you have been on the forums longer than the majority who have posted in this thread??? Which alt/banned member are you?

<< <i>Technically, its not due on me next week, but I promised to write a reimbursement check within 30 days to the person who is "borrowing" me the money while I sell this off... now, if people pay their bills that are due to me, I wont have to sell ANYTHING, but I cant count on that happening in 10 days. >>
I'm surprised you obtained a mortgage without having the cash for the down payment. I "loaned" my sister money for a down payment years ago and the bank wanted to know where it came from.

I've been buying and selling conventional RE for almost 35 years and that's been the norm since I started.

He said he promised to write a reimbursement check within 30 days to the person who lent him the money. All the sudden....because you have been in real estate for 35 years, you now pretend to know exactly who he borrowed from? Coulda been his dad, brother, or a good friend. When you fail....and its quite often....I love being the one to make you look like a total donkey.
Gee...OP is basically selling metals on memo in a strong up market. Odd. Just trying to understand why one would just ship out stuff and let others work on their money when there are so many ready buyers available who can do a conventional deal with no potential for something bad happening. And as certain posters here can confirm, "sure thing" deals based on trust, even if both parties have good intent, can and often do go bad.

<< <i>Seems as though most coin dealers/collectors are asses
When you start taking potshots at everyone in the whole place, is it any wonder that you get the third degree? Think about it.
Also, I can't seem to find the accusation you are talking about. Maybe because I haven't been here as long as you in your previous life. >>
Its where CaptMorgan claims I am the "other member" after "rereading the thread and reading my single message to him" which doesnt exist?
You and I have also done business before!

I have no record of it, and no pms from your other life. I believe you may be mistaken, but to be clear about it - I'm not accusing you of anything.
I knew it would happen.
