anyone using this new postal feature to ship bullion? Seems there might be advantages for heavy shipments particularly the Size A rates. Paypal on-line shipping doesn't seem to be supporting this as of yet.

    I was under the impression that the new rates are not effective until 4/17.....

    this is not about a change in rates, it's about the new "regional" priority flat rate service at a lower cost that went into affect first of the year. You have to use online postage and you have to order the boxes from USPS online.
