Okay. I see it.
I think it's bad photos or scans. Guy doesn't sell many coins and clearly is no good at shooting pix of them.
Still, it doesn't look great even compensating for bad pix. Very flat, washed out, over-dipped a while back.
I'll bet it's a white coin with so-so toning developing.

The coin has been polished/cleaned/rubbed to death.... nowhere near the grade he is quoting... Cheers, RickO
