Is this 1882-S Morgan worth sending in?

It has reflective surfaces on the obverse/reverse that I am unable to capture. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

<< <i>Nope. IMO, an ultra common like the S mints from 1879-1882 is only worth slabbing if it has a shot at 65, which this very clearly doesn't. >>
I would go one step further and say it's a wash to even send a 65 in. Personally I wouldn't send these dates in unless they look to be 66 or higher, or a 65 PL or DMPL.
