Worth the gamble?

I just received a second-chance offer for $365 including shipping on this lot of cards:
Is it worth the gamble? Looks like there are a bunch of '69s there. Link

<< <i>I'd be happy to sell you twice as much junk for half the price. Then you won't feel completely ripped off, just mildly taken advantage of. >>
Good looking out Ralph!

Its only a gamble to you, the seller knows what he has
to me it looks like a bunch of modern Topps commons and even more modern unopened garbage.
If he actually wants to sell... ask him for exact numbers on every single year Pre1973, and for the description of the so called 1930-40 cards...... if he is too lazy, pass!
If it were worth anything - they wouldn't be selling it like a pile of crap.
edit: would not be surprised if the sale was shilled?

<< <i>I decided to let it go, thanks to you guys. I emailed the seller for clearer pictures, and didn't get a response. I probably saved myself from a huge headache. >>
What!?...not even a "fuzzy scan" of one of those 1963 commons rookie cards that from a "distance" looks as though it could possibly be a Pete Rose rookie card? This seller needs to improve on his ebay fish catching technique. LOL
<< <i>I make a rule of never-- ever-- buying any cards that come with a 'story'. >>
The above is one of the best pieces of advice I have ever seen on these boards.
