Truck Bed Liner on the Coil?

Saw a thread about putting truck bed liner on your coil bottom instead of the usual coil cover. Seems kind of intriguing... but would this cause any kind of sensitivity decrease of the machine, or any decreased performance?

It has zero effect on the coils performance..in fact, it is better than coil covers, which can pick up dirt and debris that WILL affect performance. Get the good stuff.. it will outlast the coil. Cheers, RickO
